Matt Eagan was formerly the Director of Federal Affairs for the States Trust team at the Texas Public Policy Foundation.

Before joining TPPF and States Trust, Matt worked as a Government Relations Manager at The Heritage Foundation and Legislative Assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives focusing on domestic policy.

Matt has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wyoming and resides in Virginia where he enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife and daughter.
